Description:
When a user is in a call, upon pressing the ellipsis/"..." button, it takes ~3 seconds for the menu to open

Setup:
- Install the Loop app on 2 devices from: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/firefoxos-loop-client
- Confirm both devices have contacts added for each other


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140812000205
2) Device 1: Initiate a call with Device 2
3) Device 2: Answer call from Device 1
4) Device 1: Tap on the ellipsis button
5) Observe it takes ~3seconds for the menu to appear

Actual:
"..." button takes about 3 seconds for the menu to open

Expected:
Menu opens without any delay

This is not ideal from a performance stand point but the menu does open albeit slowly. Not nominating to block.

The "..." menu button has been removed from the mobile application to improve the general performance in the call screen.
