Description:
In the loop application, the option to access your contacts is missing making it impossible to make calls from within loop.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140813000201
2) Push the Loop application to the device
3) Open Loop, allow all sharing, and authenticate with a Firefox Account

Actual:
The icon menu at the bottom of the screen is missing

Expected:
The icon menu at the bottom of the screen is displayed

This issue does NOT repro on Flame 1.4 as the Loop application is not supported

We are not testing the Loop application on buri devices at this time.

Could you also give us the Loop version. You can get the Loop version in Loop Settings. It looks like a regression.
