User Story

In case of a non-default locale for a pretranslated document, we can clean up text content before firstPaint and then write it when resources are ready.

It seems to have zero impact on app startup performance (because we remove before layout?) but in a rare case when resources are loaded after firstPaint it makes the experience much better because it just displays text content instead of flickering default content and then switching to translated content.

It does not impact race condition win ratio
