I'm pretty sure you're asking for the ability to launch Instantbird when your operating system starts. This is bug 953819.

Note that you can already do this on Windows by adding the program to your Startup folder: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/where-is-startup-folder-how-to-edit-startup-items-in-windows-8/
