1054228 - Check and re-sync hidden jobs across all trees

Prior to doing bug 1031857, I'd like to double check the hidden jobs on TBPL are up to date. 

We should:
* Check that all hidden jobs still need to be hidden, and that bugs are filed for them.
* Check that all trunk trees (and Try) have synced states
* Check that jobs on release branches have been shown/hidden as appropriate during the last handful of merges

Talos g1 was green on all platforms (was currently only being shown on Linux), so have made visible everywhere (bug 1033332).

Changes:
* jetpack is now hidden on all trees to match m-c.
* reftest-sanity-oop and mochitest-oop-1 are now unhidden on m-c, fx-team & try to match inbound and b2g-inbound, since they are green.
* linux 32+64 mochitest-e10s-1 are now unhidden on m-c, other trunk trees & try, since they are now green.
* Mulet mochitest-{2.4} are now hidden on Try to match m-c

Still some more work left with the twigs etc, but much better than before.

These were rehidden on the main trunk trees:
    Ubuntu VM 12.04 debug test mochitest-e10s-1
    Ubuntu VM 12.04 x64 debug test mochitest-e10s-1

However also need doing on:
ash, cedar, cypress, elm, holly, jamun

Mulet mochitest-{2,4} needs hiding on:
cypress, jamun

b2g_linux64-b2g-haz_* needs hiding on:
ash, cedar, cypress, jamun, pine

In response to the email thread asking whether jibs should be hidden or visible on the special staging repos, I've now unhidden all jobs on ash/cedar/pine/cypress.
This updated script excludes those repos from the output.

All unhidden is at least easier from a maintenance POV :-)
