Details

STR:

1. Open a local website, for example on port 81
2. change the port number to another port or remove the port number
3. press enter to open the website with the new port number
4. restart Firefox (shift + f2 or after a Firefox update

Expected:

Firefox should open the local website on the new port.

Actual:

Firefox opens the website on port 81 (the port used in step 1)

Tested with Firefox 31 (stable) and Firefox 34 (nightly) with fresh profiles on OS X 10.10 Beta.
The 4. step should be:

4. restart Firefox (shift + f2, then type "restart" and press enter or after a Firefox update)

Can you confirm this or is the bug still present on Mac?
