When the pop-up dialogue comes up to send (cast) a video, I would like to remove a reference to the sterile term 'Device' to just '...' in order to provide a warmer user experience (a less technical one).

Therefore I would expect to see 'Send to...' in the dialogue prompt with the supported devices listed below.

I think we talked about this, but I am worried that the "..." is too vague. It becomes more of a general "Send to" and not specific to video. It could be confusing to people where they are sending things.
Yeah, I can see that. Let's leave as-is and see if it needs revisiting at a later point in time.
