During the UI Tour experience (/whatsnew and /firstrun) we will be introducing Hello. We would like to the ability to highlight the Share element/button in the Hello calling panel. 

This bug is open for investigation since Hello panel uses an iframe, which is different from how the menu panel worked in the previous onboarding tour.

Highlight style in screenshot uses circle highlight from prior onboarding tour. Open to other options. (mmaslaney in needinfo)

Other possible uses: Hello Product page on mozilla.org, snippet on about:home

Closing this bug for now as UI and functionality of this feature has changed. Will reopen and update screenshot if new UI calls for highlighting Share element.
