Description:
As announced at a project meeting earlier this month, we have kicked off a project to extend and evolve Mozilla's brand identity. This will be critical as we work to differentiate our products, build community, tell the Mozilla story, etc.

A key component of this is creating a "living brand" system that is fully open, customizable and of the Web. Although the visual design is being done in house, there is a strong technology component to this that requires us to look outside the org for the needed expertise. We had initially looked to find an individual contractor to help, but after digging deeper we realized that the project's timing (launching with other Mozilla brand initiatives in November) and complexity necessitated more hands on deck.

With that in mind we've identified Pitch Interactive as the right technical partner for this. I will attach their full project proposal to this bug for more details on their role.

My hope is to kick off their portion of the project as soon as possible, so please advise on how I can help make that happen. I know Mary Ellen is checking in with Jim as well.
