105543 - need hotkey to close tab

Need a hotkey to close the current tab. If we're running out of letters, I
wouldn't mind under tabed browser prefs, if you could just modify ^W to close
the current tab, rather then window. Maybe that should be the default, anyway.
Close the window if there's only 1 tab, otherwise close the tab.

I keep forgeting I'm using tabs now and end up hitting ^W to close just one
page, and lose all of Mozilla.
