Steps to reproduce:
Enable the popup blocker
Visit a site that has popups, and is not on the whitelist
Switch to another tab or navigate to another page/site
Actual results:
The "Change popup blocking settings for this web site" button in the URL bar remains visible on all pages, sites and tabs until restart
Expected results:
The popup notification should only be present on the page or site that generated it.

Do you still see this on today's aurora? I expect this is a duplicate of bug 1045826, which was just uplifted to 33 yesterday.

It seems to have been resolved in today's update (I posted this bug before updating).
