Details

This is the endpoint to receive reports sent by the browser thanks to SSL error reporting (bug 846489). We want to store these JSON blobs, maybe with some additional information derived from the request (e.g. User agent, IP), in a way that is easily searchable and can be used to generate notifications (e.g. if we receive a suspicious-looking report based on some metric).
