1056612 - Allow developper to limit devices that app could be used

Currently, marketplace provide the same apps for different device models. 
But actually some app can only work well on devices with higher memory or fixed screen size. This is why we need a specific marketplace for tarako. 

Considering we are having more and more devices released, it will be hard to guarantee that all apps in marketplace could work well on all devices.

Is it possible to provide an option for the device requirements of one app? So developper can choose which devices their app support.

As I know, developper can limit the memory size and screen size using android playstore. It would be nice if we have similar feature.

It's not used for the moment because of issues with detection, but that's what the "required features" section in developer pages is for. We just need something for the memory requirements as well. Pretty sure there is already a bug about that but I can't find it atm.
