105671 - filter reported folder not found, but folder exists

Build 2001101117 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.5) Gecko/20011011)

I have a folder "MUSCLE" when all mail from this mailing list is stored. 
Setting a filter worked fine up to now. But today I got an error message
that the folder could not be found - however, it is still present.
The minutes later a mail from my mailing liste SC_DDK arrived and I got the
same error again - but the folder still exists, too.

Could this be a problem which case sensitive file names when we haven't
these on Windows 98? Of is this a bug with the filters in general?

Since this error occured only once, I don't know if there is any way to
reproduce it and thus to fix it. :(
