[km]Khmer is missing from single and multi builds on Aurora 34 and Firefox 33 Beta. Is there a reason for this?

Dashboard doesn't show it signed off afaict
There are no single locale builds available for Fennec right now (see bug 1062880). There also shouldn't be any for Beta yet. A locale doesn't appear in the multilocale build until all strings have been translated, productization is complete, the locale has been tested with single-locale builds, and it has been signed-off. Khmer has not yet reached that point.
