9.4, 9.5 and some nightlies in between lose the smtp servers on exit (either
quitting or crashing) The list of smtp servers is null on restart.  After
entering the values, they also have to be reassigned to the accounts, though in
some cases they some accounts seem to come up with 'use default' rather than null.
Chris, please can you please retry this with today's nightly build and a fresh
profile and then report back your results?

With the 10/21/01 Nightly, this appears to be working.
