On https://treeherder-service.readthedocs.org/en/latest/installation.html

The Vagrant link points to:
http://downloads.vagrantup.com/

Which only contains old versions (up to 1.3.5).

The up to date link is (current version is 1.6.3):
http://www.vagrantup.com/downloads.html

That said, to avoid churn in the future (and seeing as the homepage has an obvious downloads button on it, as well as getting started instructions), we should just use http://www.vagrantup.com/

This makes the link consistent with the Virtual Box one on the same page, which just links to that projects homepage rather than the downloads page.
