Description: The paired device does not receive the notification when attempting to share a non custom ringtone.

Repro Steps:
1) Update base to 165
2) Update a Flame to 20140821030000
3) Pair phone to another device
4) Open Settings > Sound > Manage Ringtones > tap the ellipsis next to any non-custom rington
5) Chose Share ringtone > Bluetooth transfer and select the paired device 

Actual:
A notification request is shown on the paired device and transfer completes.

Expected:
No notification is sent and transfer fails.

Please note the above Expected and Actual results are switched.
It should read:
Actual Result: Notification is not sent and transfer fails.
Expected Result: A notification request is shown on the paired device and transfer completes.

This issue DOES repro on Flame 2.1(319mb/123 base), Open C 2.1(123 base),  Flame 2.0(512mb/165 base), Flame 2.0(319mb/123 base), and Open C 2.0(123 base), 

Actual Result:
Notification is not sent and transfer fails.
