Our MediaKeys.loadSession() doesn't percolate through to the CDM (IIRC) and beside the spec requires us to not let it percolate through to the CDM unless we know the CDM can handle persistent sessions. The ClearKey CDM can't, and Adobe are pushing in the WG as to whether loadSession is needed, so we'll have to wait and see what happens here.
MediaKeys.loadSession has been removed from the spec, to be replaced by creating a persistent session.
