Tested on the following:
Linux: 10_16_04_0.9.4
Win2000: 10_17_05_0.9.4
MacOS10: 10_17_19_0.9.4
Open the above url. Slowly scroll down to Example 4. 'Background and Border'. As
you scroll, notice that the lime background color does not get fully displayed.
Happens across platform.
