Details

I have the top 5 (of 6) tab browser prefs enabled. Following a href's with
target=_new pop open a new window.

Good work with this feature guys, can't wait till the kinks get ironed out.
Beats waiting for new windows to render.
Seeing same behavior when clicking link 'News.com' in page
http://www.mandrakesoft.com/community/mandrakesoftnews/news?n=/mandrakesoft/reviews/1273

in this case target="_blank"

Bugzilla, using target="other", is also opened in new window even though "open
tab for: windows opened by web page" prefernce is set.
I would love all targets to open in tabs. (and i've wanted to open pages in
background for years).
This is the html snippit:
<a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1"
target="other">log in</a>

I think this is a dup of bug 105547, which states that pref isn't implemented yet.
