insert moving .gif image into composer and the image displays, when you
hyperlink the image to another destination the images freezes. This was done
with two seperate images. 

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch composer
2.click image icon
3.choose graphic image to insert
4.right click on image 
5.choose create link
6.enter url
7.click ok

Actual Results:  image freezes and doesnt rotate or move this was done on two
seperate .gif images

Expected Results:  the images should continue there movements

saving the page, and opening in the browser, the gif animates. I can't believe
this is editor, what might be happening is the page is not being evaluated
correctly. Sending to layout for triage, and cc'ing gagan in case he might have
a clue.
