Firefox default STUN server stun.service.mozilla.com seems to be working unreliable from TBPL. Especially B2G emulator with its non-connected WiFi interface is not able to reach it at all. As non of our tests on TBPL should use reflexive candidates any how, we should simply not use the STUN server for our tests.

Overwrite the default list of STUN servers with an empty list. Try run: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=e7c54fb8628e
