1057917 - Remove the blue line in "range input" when selected

https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/23054 only focused on fixing the focus ring problem in the platform, in Settings app, we have to fix the redundant style.

When input[type="range"] is selected, there is one more blue line under it, basically this blue line is only for text, email ... related type-able inputs to hint users the input is focused.

Changed this component to Gaia because this is one of Building block's bug.
