As discussed in bug 1055446, it would be nice if NFC components support enable/disable log message at runtime.

nfcd should also support this.
Hi Yoshi,
In this patch nfcd will read |debug.nfcd.enabled| system property when startup to enable/disable debug message. Default debug message is enabled.

I also refine the debug message macro in this patch
