This is a follow up of bug 1040086 - EV identifier is no longer displayed for addons.mozilla.org when restoring session and HTTP cache v2 enabled: After several restarts, having some pages with EV certificate open (a few addons.mozilla.org/... pages and a few bugzilla.mozilla.org/... ones), sometimes one (random) of the tabs doesn't show the EV identifier (instead, it shows the DV one). So the testing on bug 1040086 for Nightly was not done at the right time as bug 1040086 comment 63 indicates. I think it would be good to measure this problem by e.g. running a mozmill test hundreds of times in a loop. That way we might find out how often this bug really reproduces.
