Just the ubuntu 13.10 nodes are not updated, because of the missing update on apt-get.

It's strange that we don't have that update on 13.10 only. Please investigate why that is, we need to finish all updates.
Please make sure to recheck the ubuntu boxes for that update window that appears later. Thanks!

So I asked on #ubuntu channel about this and the answer I got is:

So given that we are not going to get any new updates on ubuntu 13.10 (the latest flash version avaible for this is 11.2.202.394) I'll close this bug.
