Details

If the <link>-navigation is specified within a frameset, the site navigation bar
does not appear.
The url is a redirection through a blind frameset (two rows: 0 and 100% height)
and within the content frame <link>-Tags are specified.

Expected Results:
The site navigation bar should appear.

Actual Results:
The bar does not appear!
