Loop version: 1.1 , 2e7c3c2

Description:
1. Device A with contact saved without +34 (Device B) 
2. Device A and B is registered in Loop application.
3. Device A makes a call to device B (contact saved without +34)

Device A shows "Share link" screen, but it can't make a call to Device B

I have tested with contact saved with 0034 but behavior is similar.
