Upgraded both OBP ROM images on speedracer, worms to 3.25
to allow for 64-bit OS installs. Speedracer 8.0 install
is done, needs tools installed. No OS change to worms yet.

speedracer tinderbox is now back online, building on Solaris 8 in
64-bit mode. worms is next.
