[Steps To Reproduce]
1. Go to Home screen
2. Tap the first app icon, and then tap the second app icon immediately

[Actual Result]
It launches the first app and shows the launch image, and then quickly switches to the second app.

[Expected Result]
It should launch only the first app.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
