"Look Up" is an inbuilt feature in MAC OS X, it works in Firefox Nightly, not in e10s.
Look up works when we keep the cursor on the word and use Three Finger Tab on the Trackpad, then it shows the meaning.

Still 100% reproducible on 1109 nightly, which e10s is default enabled. Non-e10s window works correctly.
