With xpcshell on structured logging the selftests are concerned with the specific behavior of the tbplformatter. Once we have structured logging here and we start using the tbplformatter less and less this will make less and less sense. As Ted pointed out in bug 1033126, formatters can have their own tests, so there shouldn't be much need to test them here.
