User Story

As a user, I want to be able to review the full device tutorial after using the device so that I can get help on how to use features described in the tutorial.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Initiating the tutorial after using the device for some time, using the method described in the UX spec, launches the full device tutorial that new users normally see at the end of the first time experience.
2. Interaction matches UX spec.

Peter, this feature has been there in Settings app for a while called `Launch First Time Use` and it's located in Developer panel. Does this fit your needs ?

Hi EJ, no, the desired feature is different. Instead of launching the entire FTE, this feature is just to launch the tutorial that comes at the end of the FTE. That way, a user can just review the tutorial.

Ted, are you still working on this? If not, can you de-assign yourself? Maybe move yourself to mentor, so someone else can take it?
Flags: needinfo?(tclancy)
No, I'm not still working on this. It was decided that this isn't a blocker, so it's a low priority. I'll deassign myself.

For this to work as expected, we really want the tutorial to be distinct from the FTU. Viewing the tutorial should not engage all the guards we put around the FTU, and it should exist like any other app in the task manager/edge gesture. Removing polish flag, I guess this was added when it was assumed this was just a matter of moving that Settings > Developer > 'Launch First Time Use' entry - which is not what we want.

Tina please bring it to UX discussion so we can plan it ahead for 3.0

No problem. Thanks for the reminder, Fred.
