1060650 - [UX] Allow searching from "server not found" pages

Our 404 pages aren't very helpful about getting you to the place you were looking for.

We could add a search field there (or just a link) that is pre-populated with the URL broken into its components.

e.g.
»mail.gogle.com« => »mail gogle com«
»mozilla.cmo/firefox« => »mozilla cmo firefox«

I recall that Valentin had some mockups that did something similar.

What do you mean by "our" 404 pages?

I meant our "server not found" error pages.

Changes made:
- Replaced »Server« terminology with »Website« where appropriate
- Added automatic suggestion for common typos (e.g. »example.cmo«
- Added search field
- Removed copy
- Added integration of ping service (e.g. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=is+mozilla.com+up)

Notes:
- To see the two possible outcomes of the server ping, just close the advanced options and click the »Check now« button again
- The interactive mockup is quite fragile depending on the size of the browser window. See the attachment for what it's supposed to roughly look like.
- Visual enhancements tbd in follow up.

Looking good!

A couple thoughts/ideas:

- When a user clicks the Check Now button under more options we will need some sort of loading animation while the check is happening. In your demo is just instantly switches to what the problem is, but in reality there would be a delay and some time to account for while the check is being performed.

- Note for follow-up Visual Design bug: the floating box after clicking "More Options" should probably be formatted to look like the doorhanger menus we have on about:home and about:newtab, for visual consistency.
