Bill, retargetting this work to mozilla1.0 gives you 21 days of development work
in 5 weeks. That is way too much. Normal maximum load would be 15 days per
milestone, given one day overhead and one day bugfixing per week. We need to
resolve this problem immediately, either by retargetting this to start earlier,
or reassigning parts of it to others.
