Details

When working on one project and switching to another, a user may try to 'open the project' through the menu. If that project has already been 'opened', the result is that WebIDE adds a UI bar in yellow with the text: Operation failed: Importing packaged app and a button for help. Instead, WebIDE should simply switch to the already opened project.
