this looks to be the result of us upgrading pip to 1.5.5 from 0.8.2 the arguments we use to upgrade talos no longer seem to work so we keep the same version that is in site-packages. see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1037619#c225 for details 1 solution is to version talos (it's always 0.0 right now) and/or push it to pypi mozilla internal another is to look at how/what-args we install talos against pip with
