106192 - blank panes in mail

opening mail opens just 3 blank thread panes 

I have this problem with the latest 3 nightly builds.
Opening the mail shows empty windows, and nothing works.

Also a problem with the navigator 
          -> saving file progress indicator doesn't work 
          -> after downloading the button 'done' doesn't appear
(see attachment)

This is like bug 106021 (it's the same bug??) which is marked as 'fixed'


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download one of the latest 3 builds
2.open mail.


Actual Results:  Mail doesn't works.
Donwloading progress bar doesn't work

I also installed it into a new directory -> same problem
