1062094 - FTU hangs after contacts imported from SD Card

Steps to reproduce:

1. Flash the device (system and userdata) with compiled b2g.
2. Go through FTU providing wifi connection and stop on importing contacts (which were earlier exported by b2g to SD card).


Actual results:

After all contacts imported it hangs on the screen with contacts progress bar is 11/11 (100%).


Expected results:

FTU should move forward to complete the configuration after first time use.

E/GeckoConsole(  358): [JavaScript Error: "ReferenceError: ImportStatusData is not defined" {file: "app://ftu.gaiamobile.org/gaia_build_defer_index.js" line: 110}]
in the logs file. The lines for reference and searchable.
