classifier flags for responses
We'll be running every incoming feedback response through a classifier to determine whether the classifier thinks the response is spam or abuse. These classifications need to be stored relative to the response. This bug covers adding a flags table and an m2m model between flags and responses. Note: This is purely for the purposes of integrating the spicedham prototype. We're not trying to design infrastructure that will be used outside of this specific need. After we figure out how things should work, it's expected we'll wipe away all this stuff and "start over".
This is pretty easy. Grabbing it, making it 1 point and doing it now.
