Details

the config/processor.ini-dist file loads the LegacyProcessor rather than the newer HybridProcessor.  We need to change that and kill off the the LegacyProcessor.

hidden dependency found in TransformRules loaded from a the database.  This needs to be corrected before these two files can really go away.
