1062778 - Dolphin][Camera] Cannot record video if user have ever removed SD card

* Description:
  Because Dolphin supports hot swapping, so user probably suffers this problem.
  Removing the SD card when you are recording video. Then, recall the camera app again from the other apps.
  User cannot record video.

* Reproduce step:
 1. Launch the camera app
 2. Switch to video record mode and tap "Record" button to record a video.
 3. Unplug the SD card when it is recording video
 4. Launch Video app and tap Video button
 5. After FxOS switches to camera app, please tap "Record" button to record a video again

* Expected result:
  User can record video

* Actual result:
  The camera app cannot work

william, I followed the same steps to failed to reproduce this. Could you please share which base image you were using?

I used base image 20140828203058 and then flashed latest dolphin full image.
