Steps to reproduce: ------------------- (1) Comment a patch with a long comment, e.g., about 300 chars. (2) Commit and visit bug page. Actual results: --------------- The text doesn't wrap and remains all on one line. Expected results: ----------------- The text should wrap just as the text wraps when you enter a similarly long comment in the "Description" or "Additional Comments" fields.
