Currently, there is no secure way for a developer to use fxpay to deliver a product asset after purchase. Let's allow developers to store assets in Devhub and securely deliver the asset after verifying the purchase.

Say a developer wants to sell a ring tone. They have to hard code a publicly accessible link to the audio file in their packaged app. The link may be hidden to end users but a network sniffer or quick dive into the source would reveal the publicly accessible link. If the asset was instead hosted by Firefox Marketplace we could deliver the asset safely when the purchase is verified.
