I've been seeing this every once in awhile where the new icons on the right-click context menu come up missing, namely the forward/back arrow and the 'reload' is placed on left side of the context box.

Tested with last couple days worth of hourly builds.

STR:

Dirty or New Profile does not matter as far as I can tell.
Install Flashblock, the 'fixed' version from Streetwolf (not saying its his fault as I don't know)
Open any site with Flash ads, or videos, I'm testing on CNN
At the top is a 'banner ad' which for some reason does not the Flashblock Icon, but I get the problem even on blocked flash items.

Here's the trick to make it break - 'Right-click' on the banner or any blocked Flash item on the page.
Left click in the margin to clear the right-click action showing context menu for Flash in most cases.
Right-click again anywhere on the page - Boom! Missing Forward/Back arrows in the context menu.

Now ... Flashblock problem, or did they do something weird with Icons for Forward/Back causing Flash to block them ?

Appears this problem of Forward/Back arrows going MIA after right-click on a blocked Flash element has been there since the beginning.

While this 'could' be an issue in Flashblock, I rather suspect that the Icons should not be blocked out after using the right-click.

Also the only way I've found to get the Forward/Back arrows back is to close/restart the browser, thus the 'major' setting for severity.

This also occurs with the release version of Flashblock prior to Streetwolf's work-around to fix other bustage in another bug not related to this one.

Some interesting information:

Using the CTR addon (Classic Theme Restorer) there is a check box to revert this icons back to text on the right-click menu.

With Flashblock enabled the text for Forward/Back disappear from the context menu.

Flashblock does not interfere with the text in the context menu if I test a build from before the Icons first landed.  

Something strange is happening in the implementation I think.

I haven't received any reports of this specific problem.

Today, updated FireFox to v.36.0.4 on a Linux Mint Qiana, and bug appeared. So would you update Linux as OS concerned by ?
