PS Flashed on v123 with latest Gecko+Gaia Aurora using flash_pvt.py


Description:
Add to homescreen isn't possible since the dialogue doesn't respond


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tap in the rocketbar from the homescreen
2. Enter "mozilla" in the rocketbar
3. Select the Mozilla icon in the top left
(a browser window opens with a website)
4. Tap the menu in the top left (...)
5. Choose "Add to homescreen"


Expected Results:
This adds a shortcut to the homescreen.

Actual Results:
I hit two different errors here:
* Sometime the Website Name and Address fields are populated, but the "Add to home screen" button doesnt do anything. The X to close also doesnt work (have to press home button to escape)

* Other times the fields are blank and there is no button at all


Reproduction Frequency: 
Always one of the above error cases.
