Actual results: It crashed and brought me to the "report crash"-window. Expected results: It should have asked: "Do you really want to cloase all foo tabs?".

looks like a dupe of bug 837181

I'm almost positive this will be fixed by bug 1046221 (this is the behavior we would expect to see as a result of not actually checking for NSS shutdown).
