Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into webmaker.org site
2. You will not see 'My Events' in drop down list by clicking on arrow near your username on top right side of webpage.
3. Now go to any event's page.
4. You will see 'My Events' in same drop down list now. (Refer attached screenshot file bug2.png)
Expected results:
'My Events' options should be available on non-event pages too.
