Steps to reproduce:
 1) Use Flame with v123 base image and nightly Gecko+Gaia.
 2) Tap the address/search field.
 3) Type "https:"

Actual results:
The screen below the address/search field offers suggestions from outside my locally-stored browsing history even though I've clearly started typing a URL, which should be none of the business of any search providers for privacy reasons.

Expected results:
As soon as the prefix of the contents of the location/search field is "http:" or "https:", Firefox OS should stop sending the contents of the location/search field to external search providers and should only search the local history/bookmarks for URL prefix match.
